At KuKirin Scooter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure your electric scooter remains in new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the scooter and its packaging.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the scooter securely in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the charger to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for parity and performance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
